House plans, by default, do not include site plan drawing and drawings of connections to utility networks because there are individual conditions for each building site as well as different technical requirements for connections to public utility networks. These drawings shall be made individually as an additional service. The site plan drawing, along with house plan drawings, must be submitted to the Local Building Authority for a building permit to be granted.

Resizing of 1 window or addition of 1 extra window (we have to modify floor plan, section, elevation, schedule, budget and heating drawings)
