Family house Ivanka pri Dunaji

Architectural study and construction drawings of a low-energy family house in Ivanka pri Dunaji. The house is divided into three cubes - the day zone has the highest roof, the private zone has slightly lower roof and the garden house is the lowest of the three. Cubic masses create a pleasant space to provide privacy - a partially covered terrace overlooking the pool . Materials and chosen colors are simple and modern using a white plaster and anthracite window and skylight.
