The main entrance to the house is located on the side. The house plan is naturally divided into day and night zones. The day zone consists of two rooms and the master bedroom. All rooms have plenty of storage space. Large shared bathroom can deal with any hectic morning. Life in the house is naturally focused on the living room fitted with fireplace and library, dining area and the kitchen, which is partially separated from the living room by wall. The pantry is situated next to kitchen. Terrace covered with a gable roof is pleasantly airy and can be used to host large family gathering. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white and brown plaster. The roofing is concrete of brown color, the windows are wooden of natural dark color.
