Layout Bungalow L120 is a modern 4-bedroom bungalow with the L-shaped floor plan suitable for sites with minimal width of 18 m. The house is divided into day and night part, to prevent disruptions of privacy, for example during visits. There is a room directly accessible from the entry room that can serve as an office or guest room. The entry from the street is shielded against bad weather by volume of the house as well as overhanging roof. We designed spacious entrance area with plenty of storage space, such as a built-in wardrobes. The day part of the bungalow is centered around living room connected to the kitchen. The kitchen itself can be partially separated from the living room, in case of interest. In the night private zone of this house, there are three bedrooms with a bathroom. We traditionally designed a terrace from the rear side of the house that is protected against the bad weather by the shape of the house. Technical information The walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house. Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster and a brick cladding of brown color. The roofing is concrete of red color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
