Layout The house has two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and bathroom. We took care to design enough storage space in each of the bedrooms. Living room is connected with the kitchen and dining room into one large space. There is a small separate pantry next to the kitchen that provides additional storage space. The living room is oriented to the garden with access to the terrace. Simple shape and optimized design of this house predetermine it for quick and easy self-building. Technical information The walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house. Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster and a ceramic cladding of red color. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
Interior
The kitchen is designed in a practical U-shape, where everything is at hand. The materials used are white laminate, green high gloss laminate and wood of light color tones. In the living room we designed a dark wallpaper behind the couch for the optical extension of the space. For each of the rooms, we used one highlight color - the green and blue children's rooms and the brown color for the master bedroom.
