Layout House plan of bungalow L110 represents a modern low-energy bungalow in the shape of letter L. Pleasant patio with a storage area, which is partially protected from bad weather, is designed from the street. Behind the entrance, there is a spacious room with enough storage space in the form of a built-in cabinet, alternatively you can place here a mirror with a stool and hangers. From the entry hall you can access the attic space through the folding stairs. The attic storage space offers a total area of 40m2. The actual layout of the house is divided into day and night zones, thus increasing the privacy of its inhabitants. The heart of this house is its living room with fireplace, which is connected with a kitchen and dining area as well as a covered terrace. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and it can be partially separated from the living room by adding a simple partition wall. The dining area was designed in such a way that it offers pleasant views of the garden. In the night zone of the house, there are three bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Technical information The walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house. Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster and a stone cladding of beige color. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
Interior
In the kitchen, which is quite spacious, we have designed a bar counter and a space for dining table. The amount of storage space available consists not only of the built-in kitchen cabinets, but there is also a pantry that is immediately on hand. The fireplace is positioned so that it is visible from the living room as well as from the kitchen and dining room. The bathroom walls are clad with elegant stone tiling combined with plaster. In the rooms, wallpapers with different patterns are always placed at least on one wall, which makes rooms appear larger.
