Bungalow L110 has a total floor area of about 110m2 and three practically designed bedrooms. The fact that the house does not have windows on the side facades makes it suitable for lots from the width of 16.50 m.
Layout The L110G is the bigger version of the 3 bedroom family house L110, to which we added a garage with a garden warehouse. The garage has an internal width of 3.7m, allowing you to comfortably get in and get off the car directly in the garage. In addition, on the rear wall we designed storage space in the form of wall mounted shelves. On the side facade, there are two windows which ensure proper lighting of the garage and at the same time the garage can be ventilated through them. The garden storage is located just behind the garage and is accessible via separate exterior doors. Its size ensures comfortable storage of the mower and other tools needed to maintain the garden. Technical information The walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house. Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster and a stone cladding of beige color. The roofing is concrete of brown color, the windows are plastic of brown color.
Interior
In the kitchen, which is quite spacious, we have designed a bar counter and a space for dining table. The amount of storage space available consists not only of the built-in kitchen cabinets, but there is also a pantry that is immediately on hand. The fireplace is positioned so that it is visible from the living room as well as from the kitchen and dining room. The bathroom walls are clad with elegant stone tiling combined with plaster. In the rooms, wallpapers with different patterns are always placed at least on one wall, which makes rooms appear larger.
